Went in for a chunk/rear end repair. The truck was in shop for ONLY took 6 hours, charged me 2600 for repair LABOR…..said it was 14 flat rate hours is how they charge for repair…… they never gave an estimate and never informed us of their pricing policy until they handed the whoooooooooping rip off of a bill. They basically charged 433.33 per hour to do this repair. They have you at a disadvantage, and they don’t mind sticking it to you………….WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!! The service techs were knowlegeable and efficient, but I cant justify their pricing on labor.\r\nWe had to pay this outrageous bill to get truck out, but i wrote a letter to the company. We will see if they try to make it right. For now steer clear. Tell Your friends, too. At these prices, they dont need your business.
