My wife took her Honda in for an oil change at the location. Several months later she went to the Honda dealer for oil change etc. The dealer mechanic showed us the stripped threads for the oil pan – the pan could not be used and had to be replaced. The dealer mechanic noted on the $600 invoice that it had been stripped by the last person to change the oil – Crabapple Exress Oil. I took the oil pan to the Crabapple Express Oil and the manager admitted the threads were stripped but refused to compensate my wife in any way. Ive taken the issue to the Area Manager and was dismissed out of hand. I called corporate but no response. This location and company take no responsibility for errors they admit they made.

From a guy who loves and takes care of his cars and trucks – I would never go anywhere but here. Scotty and Bobby are great. Scotty – the lead mechanic is absolutely phenomenal! If you are looking for an HONEST mechanic (And lets be real – they are difficult to come by!) Scotty is the guy you need to see. He will tell you exactly what is wrong and what it will take to fix the issue. He, along with the rest of the staff at this Express Oil Change are always honest and will truly go above and beyond in customer satisfaction. \r\nI have seen some of the reviews regarding $40 an oil change, yes is not the ‘$21 special’ at other places, but other places will recommend ‘fixes’ that do not need to happen and will get you on other charges at the end of the day. These guys do an honest job, they check your car fully and will not lie to you about ‘made up or fake’ issues. They are all extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I have been taking multiple cars to them for over 8 years and would NEVER go elsewhere. As I mentioned, finding an honest mechanic is beyond difficult! So if, after getting your oil changed by the knowledgeable and friendly, non pushy staff, they happen to find an issue you need to get checked out – I can guarantee that Scotty the lead mechanic will be honest with you in getting it fixed. Bobby the store manager is also a great guy and very much knows his stuff and the industry. \r\nExpress Oil Change in Crabapple is by far the place to go if you want friendly and fast service and most importantly – honesty about an issue with you car and its issues if it is having any. I have been going here for years and will continue to do so. Thank you to Scotty, Bobby and the team there for everything they do!

SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST AN OIL CHANGING PLACE!!\r\nI own a 2006 dodge magnum RT which has a 5.7 v8 engine that suffered catastrophic failure at 104,000 miles. It required me changing out the entire engine! A v8 hemi engine is no simple engine to just switch out!\r\nThe guys here at express oil change in crabapple did this job! It involved removing the entire engine and replacing it with a brand new one. Installing it completely and all the hard work and labor that goes along with it! \r\nJeremy the owner, is one of the most amazing people I have ever met! He undertook this massive project with the service tech manager, Scott! I cannot believe the honesty and amazing service of this place! They completely helped me out and saved my car! \r\nI work in customer service myself and know how people can go above and beyond, these guys went WAY MORE than above and beyond to take care of me, I truly am blown away! They were so honest, so helpful, so knowledgeable! This really is so much more than just a place to switch your oil out. If they could handle a job of this size and nature, they could handle anything! And with their honesty and years of experience, there really is no other place to go! \r\nI am overwhelmed with the kindness and incredible service of this place and I cannot thank them enough. With whatever your car may need, from an oil change to big under the hood projects, or even installing exhaust systems (which they also completed on my magnum) If you are looking for an honest opinion (with no BS!) and fast, efficient, extremely friendly service, then you MUST go to this express oil!
