I’ve been taking my cars to Tommy for about six years now. He, Randy, and the rest of the gang have been very honest and good to deal with. They’re one of the busier European shops in town, and so they do get bogged down at times – that happens.\r\n\r\nConsidering the area we live in, I think they’re a bit pricey, especially compared to the California prices I was used to. However, a good (honest) mechanic is hard to find, so I do not complain about the premium. I have recommended their shop numerous times over the years, and will continue to do so.\r\n\r\nJaime Cardona

Very professional and clearly communicated work to be done as well as price for the work. Reasonable pricing for this type of vehicle and he was VERY knowledgeable about my car. Work was on time and there were no issues at all. I will return as needed for any work to be done to my BMW.
