Replace front ball joints and align front wheels
10 Jun, 2015
gary
After approximately 10,000 miles the outside edges, of the formally new tires, were bald. Took the vehicle back to them and they adjusted the front toe. I had measured the toe prior to taking it back to them and it had approximately an inch of toe in. That’s a LOT. The customer service at Kirby auto is amateur at best. Their service writer attempted to blame the guy who changes the oil because “he should have told you about the tire wear.” I thought the guy who aligned the front end should have properly set the toe.
