I set up an appointment a week and half in advance to have some stuff done on my motor home. An 8am appointment and I was there at 7:30am. At 8am I let the person know that I was there they got my info, VIN # etc. I was told that it would be a couple of hours at most, maybe less before they got to me. Why did I get an appointment? After 2 hours of waiting they told me they did not know when they would get me in. At 11 am (3 hours of waiting) I was told they would get me in some time that day and all an appointment meant was I will be seen sometime that day. I guess I’m old school, an 8am appointment means you will be seen 8am or shortly after. I guess I’m also old school because I don’t like being lied to! I ended up leaving and never got any work done by this repair shop. Obviously their time is worth more than mine.
