I have only had good experiences with these guys. I have been here several times, and while they aren’t the lowest price I’ve found, they have always done a quality job. I’ve not been to another repair shop since I started going to them.

When I needed new tires, Diamond Jim’s had the best prices by far. When I went there, he told me it was going to be more than he quoted me on the phone (only a $20 difference, but I was kind of put off by this at first). I said “Oh, you said it was going to be X amount on the phone. I must have heard you wrong.” He didn’t even miss a beat, apologized for the difference, and charged me the lesser amount. I don’t know if it was his error or mine, but the fact that he was willing to do that without batting an eye really impressed me. I told him I would pay the higher amount (in case it was my error) and he wouldn’t hear it. They offer all of the same perks as the chain stores, but give family-owned friendliness and customer service. I highly recommend Diamond Jim’s.
