3 times I had to pull the tranny out of my truck and bring it back to them to fix it within a months time they bwould not cover the warranty. the didnt replace the valve body or selonoid pack. after the 3rd time the owner told me I was SOL and hung up on me and blocked my number. the worst customer service I have ever experienced

Boy! What a great place If you want to take your transmission out again for another rebuild! I had the transmission in my truck for 93 days before it went out,( it came with a 90 day warranty) I put a little less than 3000 miles on it, I never hauled a trailer or anything. I gave him a call to let him know my situation, I brought the tranny back down to him( 2 1/2 hour drive) just for him to tell me that he can’t help me because its out of warranty BY 3 days?!? He wants me to pay him another $650 to get the transmission rebuilt for the second time! In my opinion he uses very cheap or brand X parts, he made me buy his torque converter in order to get the warranty, well the torque converter was the faulty part that took out the whole tranny. I Would not recommend this guy to anyone! Oh by the way, the name of the shop Minnesota master builders sounds professional right? This is a little back ally shop in the middle of the ghetto! Very unsatisfied..\r\nIf you have Any question you can contact me by email at [email protected]
