Fuel pump but made everything worse.

This place has terrible service. My in-laws have been coming here for years with their cars and are great customers. My husband and I took his car here to get checked out because it was not starting. We thought we were in good hands since the family has been here so many times and they’ve dealt with this particular car. They replaced a part and in the process shorted the entire computer system, yet they are denying it. We know they did it because when we brought the car in there was electric flowing (sound when we tried to start the car) and after they replaced the fuel pump, nothing. The autoshop that is now taking care of it even says the previous work almost definitely shorted it. They have only done a diagnosis so far. Now we need a new computer system PLUS the original fuel pump. Spending an extra $1600 for something JONES’ broke. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. And neither will my in-laws. Don’t go here, clearly they won’t make good what THEY broke even when your family has given them years of business.
