Went in on 5/16/2012 for a simpe oil change and filter. First time customer and the reason I selected them was through a great groupon discount deal.\r\n\r\nWell, the ‘technician’ Pat (? not sure if I have the name correctly) proceeded to lift the car with 4 separate hydraulic lifts in a manual fashion – no ‘mathematical’ method of lining it up correctly just throw them under the car.\r\n\r\nWell, the lifts were position wrong and all 4 lifts damaged their respective poitns around the underbody frame. All dented. The technician said they would pop out.\r\n\r\nbottom line: I got over $600 dollars in damage and my insurance company is still fighting them for the money! (They don’t claim anything of course – complete liars) STAY AWAY!
