Took my car to perris valley Kia service department 15 days ago and my car fell apart while I was driving it. After getting it towed there by Nick the service manager, Chris the service tech was very nonchalant and not very concerned about getting it fixed which was quite shocking seeing that he was the original service advisor. This place is just terrible and I will never take my car there again. Ps its still there and I was told that they don’t know when they will get a chance to fix it. Ridiculous right?
