I went in to Meineke for an estimate on my brakes. After the inspection was completed. I got a quote to “repair” my brake problem. First off they claim you get 50% off brake pads etc. What a joke! I was told that my rotors were unable to be turned or machined per specs from the manufacturer. They never showed me the information in the book they were reading from. They said they have never seen that before. I do my homework so I called the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. They told me they do turn and machine the rotors on my make and model of vehicle. Needless to say the work was not done at Meineke and I would never refer anyone to them for anything!! I guess they figure being a women I do not know a lot about vehicles!!!
