Honest! Feel comfortable when I get my car serviced there. No mechanic “talk down” cause I’m a female. Love it. Thanks, guys.\r\n\r\nS.

I love the fact that Hays is so honest and feel as a girl I can trust them. I took my Explorer for brake job almost year and a half to local brake store. Charged me $725.33. Then in April 2012 brake pedal went down. Took it back in for look. Told it was going to be $412.98 since I was a “good customer.”\r\n\r\nFriend recommended Hays. Took car in and was driven back to my work in morning. Later I get a call telling me that it was going to be $75.00 plus tax. They said only problem was brake pads were needing replacement. No rotors like brake store told.\r\n\r\nAppreciate and value honesty guys. One loyal local Ventura gal now!
