My son took his truck into Sound Decisions to have a 6″ suspension lift on April 10 of 2012. On that same day Eric of Sound Decisions ,Alias (Sound Innovations) took $1,018.64 from my family to purchase New 36″ tires for my sons truck. Eric would not give us an invoice showing when the tires were ordered (only a receipt showing paid in full). We have never seen any tires or invoice to this date. Eric refuses to give us a refund and gives us nothing but constant excuses as to why he can not meet with us to return our money. He said that he did receive a refund but keeps avoiding us with constant excuses and family troubles. I believe that Eric (989)780-0666 of Sound Decisions and Sound Innovations has spent this money that does not belong to him. Also, the suspension lift was only suppose to take 2 to 3 days that took him 14 days to complete. We had to fight to get this truck back. It is now May 09 and I just received my refund for the tires that he never ordered because local authorities had contacted him and questioned his business acts. I believe that this business is a perfect example of FRAUD. Local authorities were contacted and have been aware of many complaints on this business and the odd behavior. Also sound decisions is in the process of changing its business name to “Sound Innovations” contact number for these business’s are the same (989) 780-0666.
