I had my alternator repaired and was price gouged. They charged me 321.00 for the alternator alone. The part from a part store (ac delco 2 yr warranty) is 150.00 dollars!!! Even with some mark up which I know they all do, this is crazy. I was told by a very rude manager I was given a price break in diagnosing the issue. I guess diagnosing an alternator issue is so hard….. I use to be a long time customer it is sad that I am not a customer anymore.
