The service I received from Caliber and especially Deidre made me a fan of Caliber Collision. I will recommend them to all my family and friends. The manager offered all of us sitting waiting to pick up our cars a bottle of chilled water, the girl at the desk was very kind and helpful and Deidre took excellent care of me and my car. It’s such a big help to have Enterprise right there in the Collision Center Bldg, it simplified my time and helped me to get to my office on time. They brag about a lifetime warranty that they DO NOT stand behind. I had issues with some of the work done on my truck and am now being told they aren’t sure if they are going to take care of it. This is the shop my insurance sent me to. They took quite a bit longer than they had said they would. They never called me with updates I had to call them. Now that I have issues with the work they are not standing behind the so called Warranty. I’d find another shop if I were you. Seriously.
