Awful

Awful car repair shop! DON’T GO! Went to get my car inspected and oil changed and ended up costing $127! Charged me for the 19.99 advertised for the and then an additional $15 for ‘Parts/supplies’ such as dirty rags and towels. My emissions did not pass but the shop continued to do my safety check without asking me(I was at the shop the entire time) and charged me for both. The emissions did not pass because I had a engine safety light on and they charged me $30 to read the codes. They told me that I had to get my oxygen sensor replaced, the part costing a whopping $238(which I did not agree to). When I took my car to another shop to check the issue, the shop(the trusted one I go to back home) told me that it was not my oxygen sensor at all but was the thermostat for the car engine popped out. I told Meineke what happened, and they refused to give me even a partial refund, even though they admitted that their computer was at fault. AWFUL service AWFUL people, a bunch of liars!
