Review for Moore and Sons\r\n\r\nI had a very horrible experience with Moore and Sons. They lied to me multiple times. They made my car worse than the first time I brought my car there. Now, my car is breaking down. I’m hearing more weird sounds.\r\n\r\nI brought my car to Moore and Sons for the FIRST TIME because I heard a weird noise on the driver side. The guy said, it was one of the belts that was making the noise and he changed that belt (cost me almost $200). My husband asked them to check everything because I want my car to be ready for winter and make sure the car is in great condition. The guy said, “don’t have to worry about that, your car is fine”.\r\n\r\nAfter I got my car back, I called them because I am still hearing the same noise. Few days later my car just died in the middle of the road. My car just suddenly stopped working after just a few days from this shop. I had to tow my car to Moore and Sons (cost about almost $100). The SECOND TIME my car in the shop—this time he said the alternator was broken and they changed that too (cost about $600).\r\n\r\nI got my car back again after the second time in the shop and I called them again because I was still hearing the same frkn noise. The guy said to bring my car back to the shop again for the THIRD TIME. He said it was one of the axles that making the noise, so he changed that axle (costs about $325).\r\n\r\nFor the FOURTH TIME, I called them again and said I am hearing the same noise and it’s getting worse. He then promised to get to the bottom of this to fix the problem. Guess what! He LIED he never fixed it. I am driving this car with more noises than the first time I brought my car to this shop. The problem is even getting worse, and I spent a lot of money trying to fix this car that does not have much value. My car is old and worth about $2,500 and they ripped me half of that amount. They lied to me multiple times. THIS CAR SHOP RIPPED ME OFF! WITH THE PROBLEM REMAIN UNFIXED!

Got tired changed over to summer tires. Got me in and out pretty quick and they had a nice waiting room

Took my Ford duly In this April to get the tires changed over, they Put the inner dual wheels on the outside so the Unpolished finish was showing and The ones that were facing right were damaged, When I took it back to manager said there’s no way that can happen even though you could tell they were brand-new marks. Won’t take my company vehicles back or my personal ones, Take photos of your vehicle first before you take it there.
