Absolutely satisfied. Best experience I’ve ever had dealing with an auto mechanic shop. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the exact problem with my transmission, explained all my options and associated costs, and gave me their best recommendation. \r\n\r\nThey found a perfectly good transmission with only 30k miles on it from a scrap yard and only charged about $800 for the labor and replacing the transmission (including %15 military discount). They also fixed another small issue for half price that lakewood transmissions quoted me for the same fix. \r\n\r\nThey also did the entire transmission replacement in less than a day. I dropped it off in the morning and they had it rubbing like brand new that same afternoon. \r\n\r\nCan’t say enough good about them. Straight shooters, kept it simple, honest, great price, and quality work.\r\n\r\n(Don’t waste your time like me dealing with lakewood transmission. They completely mis-diagnosed my issue and quoted pretty expensive prices. Poor customer service and overall very disappointing experience. )\r\n\r\nJay V\r\nLacey, WA

THIS REVIEW IS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY!\r\nJust got back from A1 and had a talk with Jay at the front desk. He was very courteous and the price for a transmission rebuild was was definitely a deal. I did not even tell them I am military for the 15% discount yet. I will take my transmission work to them and will post again on the Mechanic service.\r\n\r\nJim E.
