We were told that the bumper replacement would take 2-3 days.\r\nTook car in on a Monday afternoon, still not done by Friday.\r\nImpossible to get them to call us back, they gave us the\r\nrun-around all week long. Lied to us and told our insurance\r\nagent that they’d told my wife that they had to re-order some\r\npart that was damaged, which was a lie, because they never told\r\neither of us about any part being ordered at all. We also\r\nsuspect that one of the employees was driving her car while\r\nit was supposed to be worked on, as it had 65 miles MORE on\r\nit than when she and I dropped it off. Took all week long and\r\nwe were lucky to get it on late Friday afternoon before the \r\nweekend, and that was only because I went down there myself\r\nand asked to see the car, and what it needed. \r\nWill never use them again.
