Charles the service manager is OUTSTANDING. My car would not start at my home. I had a jump from AAA. Later when I pulled my car out of the garage there appeared on my dash many symbols. I called Lexus and they told me it could be my altenator, traction, etc. not safe to drive and needs to be towed. I again called AAA and had my car towed to your facility which I had used before. \r\nCharles called me and said he charged my car and all symbols went off my dash and everything was fine. I have no car knowledge. I am my husbands’ care giver.. We are both 86 yrs. old. Charles arranged to drop off my car and have another person and car from their facility drive back so that I did not have to drive anyone back to your facility. THIS IS MOST CARING AND GREAT SERVICE. I SO APPRECIATED ALL HE DID FOR ME DURING THIS TRYING TIME. If I had gone to Lexus who knows what they would have said was wrong with my car or the cost. THANK YOU VIRGINIA A. TALAC
