I am a little late at posting this review, however I always was a believer that better late then never.\r\n\r\nOn Jul 22, 2012 my wife and I were on our 22nd day of our 96 day Great American Dream Road Trip. We were traveling in our 1991 Chevy G20 Conversion Van and about 10 miles south of Great Falls we made the mistake of stopping quickly and throwing the tranny into park before the vehicle came to a complete stop. Needless to say, there was a clank or was it a clunk and the next thing you know we were left without 1st, 3rd, and reverse. \r\n\r\nFortunately we were able to continue to Great Falls in 2nd gear at a very slow pace. Our first stop was the Chamber of Commerce where we inquired about the best place to get a tranny looked at. They gave us the name of a place they highly recommended. On our way to this place we luckily passed by Armstrong Transmissions and not wanting to drive any further then necessary we pulled in. \r\n\r\nI spoke with a fellow named Rob and his father Lee. They both seemed quite sure of my problem. They informed me they could have a rebuilt tranny delivered within 2 to 3 days. After explaining our situation and how we had motels booked throughout the next 60 days or so Ron decided he could get the part he thought I would need and if I left the van there he was quite sure I could have it back the next day.\r\n\r\nWe did so and he was kind enough to give us a ride to the Best Western where we had a reservation for that night. This was about 3pm in the afternoon. The next morning he was at the BW about 9:30 AM with our van. He was up most of the night and back in at 4 in the morning working diligently to have our van back in our hands so we could continue our trip.\r\n\r\nWe drove him back to his establishment, paid our bill, (less than a $1,000) and was on our way continuing our road trip.\r\n\r\nThanks to this man, his kindness, and his work ethics we were able to continue our trip without another unpleasant incident. Over mountains, thru deserts
