I recently purchased a vehicle from the autobahn auto sales and was very pleased with my experience. The salesman was very helpful showing me the autocheck report, clean title, and service sheet of what repairs they did before offering it for sale. The vehicle I purchased was only 4995.00, they even gave me a warranty. Wow, on an inexpensive vehicle such as this I was pleasantly surprised! I would recommend anyone to go there. Took my son to look at a used vehicle at Autobahn. I asked if they had the Car Fax on the particular vehicle, and the owner/attendant gave me a very rude and disrespectful speech to tell me that the vehicle asking price was only $2595 and why would I ask such a thing. He went on and on (and on, and on) and said that they don’t provide or even get Car Faxes for the cars they sell. When he was done with his condescending speech, I told him that he hadn’t needed to go on and on, and that I was insulted. He told me that he was glad that I was insulted and that I had just made his day! \r\n\r\nI have never had a salesperson treat me this way!! Needless to say, I am letting others know how they treated this customer and we will NEVER EVER buy anything there and are spreading the word of our experience there. \r\n\r\nWe had traveled an hour and 20 min and I had made special provisions with my work in order to see that vehicle before their closing time on a Friday afternoon.\r\nActually my rating is a MINUS 5 STARS on the rating above!!!
