We purchased a car for my daughter. within 24 hours, we had a problem with the car. We were concerned about its safety based on how it was driving. Since we are two hours away from this dealer, it was not reasonable to bring it back to them so we brought it to a local service center. They agreed it was not safe to drive without checking it out thoroughly. \r\n\r\nTheir person who power washed the car, got water in the area of the spark plugs. We needed to make sure water didn’t seep underneath. Autos Unlimited tried to talk us in to drying it from the outside but not opening it up to make sure there was no water underneath. We were not going to allow our 20 yr old daughter drive a car we were not sure was safe. It turns out, there was nothing was seriously wrong with the car and it only cost $45 (+ our time and aggravation) for them to repair the issue. We faxed the invoice to the dealer and told them we expected them to pay fora the repair since it was their fault and the car was under the 30 day warranty, but they still have not paid the $45 bill. We have called and faxed but no action on their part. I would never buy another car from them.

Donot buy any vehicals from this place. I did and for the 30 day warrenty it was in his shop 10 times. he refused to take it back.He through me out of his office when I asked him for all the papaer work he did to the suv during the 30 days.When I went back to hime to talk about a 1500 repair bill I was faceing after having it of 2 months he told me not his problem and that I bought a use car and all its problems too.slammed the door behind me.I have a witness who can even say how I spoke to him and how abrupted he was.As the law is written there is nothing I can do.. and now 2 years later I still have the vehical and have spent over $5000 in repair. and still doing my best to make the payments.
