Exhaust, ECU, Vaccum, Motor RIPPED OFF

17 May, 2016

luke

My motor idled rough when I went to this shop. They told me they checked electrical, changed ecu, fixed the exhaust (someone before had rubber hosing on it, hole in it), and fixed the vacuum lines. After the job, the car did idle correctly, but only for about a week. So I checked these areas worked on. There were still loose wires like I told them to fix. Idk if they changed the ecu but it looked old and it was just hanging down instead of in place like it should. All the vacuum lines were still old and had slight holes in them. The only thing they actually did was get the rubber hosing off of the exhaust and weld in a metal pipe, but they didn’t even have the catalytic converter returning back to the motor like it should for better fuel economy. They cut the return line and plugged it with a large screw and solder. Charged me $520 for all of this work they said they did but didn’t do. Will never come back to this rip off place. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
