I was very disappointed with Brownell Motors Service Dept. I have a 1997 Saab 900. I had my car towed on March 10, 2011 due to the fact it had stalled out and was having problems restarting. Once it got to Brownell Service it was running and I was told they could not find anything wrong. I brought my car home and a week later the same thing happened and the car was totally dead. Now they told me I needed a new battery. The next day my check engine light and gear box light went on with a slight stall. Still they could not find a problem. The service advisor told me they could not check out what was wrong. I was extremely frustrated and annoyed.\r\nI finally found anoher mechanic that works exclusively on Saabs and they said the ignition switch needed to be replaced. My Saab is now running fine.
