This comment is in response to the review left by “T” on Nov 13th…\r\nMr T. my husband & I gave you not one but 2 windshields at a great price,\r\nI treated you like I would every customer of mine, but I can not let you\r\nbash us and not give my side of the story, but I guess you thought that every windshield would cost the same as the other 2 did…so I’m sorry that we could not give the windshield to you at no cost…we are in business to make money, not rip you off, and give you a quality job done with no call back for bad workmanship….\r\nSo, in our defense here at Budget Auto Glass, we are a small family owned \r\nbusiness and we treat all of our customers like we would want to be treated!!\r\n\r\nThank you \r\nKim \r\nsmall business owner

Totally Incapable. This place will be out of business soon if not already. The service is horrible. I was hung up on and completely disrespected. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. DOnt waste your hard earned money being jerked around here.
