We brought beats headset from E-bay from Buff autmotive – as the material is not the right one we were looking – we sent back the package. Exepcted credit back – but shockingly the IDOIT (Buff automotive) not responding to our emails and even they received headsetIt’s so unfortunate that ebay not supporting customers and loosing their credits… I learned a BIG lesson not to shop on ebay..even little expense Amazon is the BEST !! protects customers ….Friendly advise.. don’t be cheated …like us :(–
