I went in to this shop as my 2004 BMW 325CI seemed to be in “Limp Mode” which indicates a problem with the TCM (Transmission Control Module), a very expensive proposition. The Diagnostic Tech went through the circuitry and discovered that a previous shop had incorrectly replaced the valve cover over the engine pinching an electric harness in the process. Bottom line, there was nothing wrong with the TCM; however, fixing what had been done to my car as a result of negligent work ended up costing me. The long and short of it, I dearly loved how this shop explained each procedure they went through in order to determine the problem and especially how they then patiently explained it to me. I highly recommend this auto repair shop and I will definitely be back.
