My girlfriend took her ’09 Fusion in, they gave her an $1,100 estimate to replace the entire front passenger side suspension! At my urging she took it a mile South, a lower arm & ball joint later she is back on the road with a bill of $245. I would definitely recommend getting a second opinion before giving them business.
