They have the worst service ever. Even for a low class auto dealership. They lie, they steal your money!!I called them to get pre- approved for a vehicle. I faxed over check stubs and all my information. They told me that I qualified that I needed $1,000 down. I took the money and when I gave it to Eleno he told me that there was a problem. that I had to go the next day. I went and they wanted to sell me the CAR THAT THEY WANTED. I told them to just give me my money or I was going to call the police. Eleno told me that I didn’t have proof or receipts but I was recording everything on my cell. So he told me to go the next day to pick up a check. They had me waiting 8 hrs waiting for my check.
