Well… In 9 days I will be literally living on the streets. I took my jeep in for a smog pre-test and it didn’t pass. The owner, Larry, was incredibly rude from the get go. When I told him I was on disability and living in the jeep and that I needed an estimate on the repairs saying that it would cost at least $250 to qualify for the program that helps low income people get an extension and help paying for the repairs, he laughed at me and wrote me an estimate for $190 to come in and get yet another estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. Thanks for your great customer service and incredible compassion.
