Repair after accident

Two words to describe: Unprofessional & SLOW. The repair deadline was pushed THREE times for a small accident for my Audi Q5 (photo attached to see the damages). The first time it was pushed by a week, the second time it was pushed by another week and the third time, I am not sure yet as it was supposed to be ready today but they are pushing the deadline further again. This is very unprofessional. Usually when you call to complain you expect them to fix the problem, especially after such a delay, but they barely even apologized and just tried to blame everything on the insurance company. For a small accident, almost a month of repairs is a very long time!!! I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone unless you don’t mind waiting for your car for longer than normal. I am extremely unhappy about this experience.

I can’t say enough about the customer service from Abraham and his staff. I was devastated when my 2001 Porshe Carrera was in an accident. They returned my car into mint condition and worked with me on all the details. A big Thank You to Abraham and his Staff.

Worst service I have ever received in my life! No one in the office can give an update on status except for Willie, who never calls back, when you do get him on the phone he never knows what is going on, he never has any update and always says he’ll call back (again it never happens). The estimate said they would have the car back within 1.5 to 2 weeks… We are going on 5 weeks now and still nothing! Next time the insurance company recommends them, I will let them know what a terrible experience this was, and will request another body shop, one that respects customers when thy call for an update, and one that knows how to provide a more proper estimation on time. The delays have been caused by not checking the vehicle properly from the beginning. They were about to return the car, when they realized one of the rims was cracked and needed to be replaced…… Really shouldn’t this have been seen when the vehicle arrived, considering the impact from the accident was on the wheel……. Ridiculous! Never again! Check google reviews, all reviews there are poor! Find another shop, there are plenty around!

HORRENDOUS customer service. Every person working here hates their life and it shows. They had an attitude from the second I pulled up. They also tried to swindle me into a $1200 repair job that actually only cost me $100 when I went to another body shop! I will NEVER go back to this place EVER again. I’m sure they will be out of business eventually anyway. For the record, the person who provided me with the “estimate” for the repairs (95% of which I did NOT need, as confirmed by the 2nd opinion I got from the body shop up the street who actually ended up doing the repair I needed on the spot) was named Willy.
