After having the front brakes changed, they began constantly squeaking in less than 1.5 years. I called three times over as many weeks to check if there was any warranty or service guarantee – the first two times I was told they would call back (never did), the third time I was told there was nothing they could do (and hastily hung up on). Brakes are suppose to last at least between 30,000 and 70,000 miles – these have maybe 15,000 miles on them. \r\n\r\nIt’s sad that they don’t stand behind their work and for that reason (ignoring the poor customer service) I would not recommend them for your service needs.
