I wish I had found the other review before I took my car to Dave’s Auto Care. We purchased a Groupon for a full interior and exterior detailing. The job was awful. Not even worthy of one star. When I called to tell them how disappointed I was (my husband had to rush over to pick it up and didn’t inspect it until he drove away) and asked them to make it right. Dave the owner called me back and said that my car was in terrible condition when it was brought in. Which was completely untrue, it was pretty much the same condition they gave it back to me in. He said that they worked on it all day (a lie). He said that maybe if I had paid full price they would’ve worked on it longer. I told him I paid $100 for the advertised $250 worth of detailing on Groupon. He refused to make it right and was down right rude to me. I would be hard pressed to think they spent more then 20 minutes on the inside of my car. I’m extremely disappointed, hope this review helps others to not have the same experience.
