I have a Dodge RAM Promaster with a load that was being delivered to Spanish Fork.\r\n\r\nMy driver was having a problem with it not starting and requiring a jump to get the van started. She had been having this problem since leaving Kentucky.\r\n\r\nI called a couple of dealerships, but they couldn’t look at it for two weeks.\r\n\r\nThen I called Dickerson and they were able to have her come in right away. They diagnosed the problem as an alternator, gave me an estimate for the repairs.\r\n\r\nBecause of my previous experience with getting parts, I initially decided to have my driver bring it back to Michigan for the repairs.\r\n\r\nAfter some thought, I called and asked Jordan how soon he thought they could get the parts.\r\n\r\nLong story short, Dickerson is fixing the van and it should be done in a couple of days!\r\n\r\nI highly recommend this business because of their expedience in giving me a diagnosis, a fair price, and being patient enough to let me change my mind and have them fix the vehicle.\r\n\r\nThere is so much more to this story; all I’m going to say is that if I were living in Spanish Fork, this would be my go to repair shop.
