I went to the Dodge store in Lexington, Tennessee and put my bank card in and got 20.00 dollars of gas and the store froze my bank acc. I talk to the manger (Roman) and he told me it was my acc. no one else had be done this way but I already had five people tell me this has happen to them, so I asked him why he was telling me lies and he got mad and started talking bad to me and called me names, then I called the company and they told me the problem. I would like to know why Roman didn’t tell me this and why he blamed me for the problem and also blamed the bank (First Bank) when it was the company problem. I think the manger (Roman) needs to say he is sorry for his treatment of his customers and he needs to say he is sorry for blaming First Bank.
