Double D Tire is an absolute joke of a place to get an alignment. They never could get the alignment right on my truck. After I got a refund on the crappy alignment job, the alignment tech here at Double D came out into the parking lot as I was going to my truck and started threatening to beat me up. He was calling me all sorts of names and making several threats. I don’t know if he is on drugs, his elevator doesn’t go all the way to the top, or if he just got severely offended that his work sucks and I got a refund for it. I told him he wasn’t going to do anything and that I was recording him on my phone and then he went back inside. What a good way to treat your customers Double D! If you’re reading this, I would recommend that you go to any other tire shop in Greeneville other than here.
