Alternator

Our truck broke down last week and was put in this shop for an alternator.\r\nI was told they would consult with me before doing work on the truck.\r\nI called several times, ( a cell phone because the shop number is disconnected ) but my calls were ignored. \r\nAfter 5 days in the shop, I finally talked with someone who told me the work was done and the truck was running good.\r\nI picked the truck up, got on the highway to come home and broke down again. \r\nSurprisingly enough, my calls were ignored again when I tried calling the shop. \r\nI left a message and told them I needed them to return my call, that was yesterday afternoon and still no call.\r\nIt costed an additional $75 to have the truck towed to my house in Shiloh.\r\nAfter it was towed to my home, we raised the hood to try to jump the battery. Noticed the alternator wasn’t changed, but our new battery was replaced with an old one.\r\nI strongly suggest you find a different shop. This place is a rip off.\r\nWe will be talking to an attorney about our experience.
