This is a mobile service and it was a terrible experience for me. It took three attempts to install the alarm because he didn’t have the correct parts. The alarm goes off whenever someone touches the car. All I wanted was an alarm that goes off when the doors are opened. I wish I had went to the dealer. I would have paid a high price, but I would have gotten what I wanted.
