Super Polite and No There Stuff!!

I appreciate these guys greatly. I always have the sense they are watching out for me and for my car’s well-being. They have never promoted unnecessary repairs. At times I have asked if we should do some repair on the car (noise on parking brake releasing when car moves) and Rick explains that there is no need to “fix” it unless it bothers me. On safety issues they are more aggressive and explain the reasons. No pressure. No hard sell. I trust them. Super polite and pleasant too.\r\n\r\nPierre P.\r\nHinsdale, IL.
