They put the wrong oil in my tranny burnt it up then Keith refused to give me the owners man hung up on me every time said he was gonna y’all with the owner have them call me that never happend he’s a real pice of shit they had kids doing the work it states he was in the well doing the work witch he never left the office area to check there work I fannaly get him to talk to me with out him hanging up he said since I pulled the tranny there not liable remember now I’m a foot this goes on for 2 weeks I was at the point I hAd to do something to fix my truck he’s a pice of shit im gonna call a attorney

Gone there 3 times in the last year. They are quick, respectful, and thorough. Don’t know what the other reviewer was talking about. My last oil change and inspection cost $54 including taxes and state fees. Have never seen a woman working there.

Don’t EVER go there for an oil change!!!! I was charged $74.00 for an oil change!!!!!! The woman there “Shannon” told me that “I looked rich, so I could afford it”!! Can you believe that? I reminded her that I was new customer and I told her I would never come back there to be treated soooo horrible in my life!! She said “We do ALL of Burnet and don’t need my business!!!
