Purchased a 1999 Ford Expedition

12/19/2012 I bought a 1999 Ford Expedition from Ronnie Crews at Pro Auto. Found out yesterday it has s spark plug that will not come out and the top to the motor is loose, it is a dangerous vehicle! I believe they knew this at the time of sale because Ronnie and Mike Crews are mechanics. Mike told me he had just fixed the stearing column…then why is it broke? I just took this SUV in for a tune up yesterday 4/30/13 that is when I learned about these problems. I just filed a complaint with the BBB, I’ll keep you posted either here or on one of my blogs. We will see what Pro Auto plans on doing to correct this matter. Sincerely, L.G.L..
