I just recently went to this place. They claim to specialize in foreign so I had my Audi towed there from Orland Park, IL.I got suckered because I read a few what I now believe to be fake reviews, so I am putting my real experience out there. They had my car there for a starting issue, I figure it had to be electrical, after promising me that they would have answer for me that same afternoon, I never heard an actual diagnosis for 3 weeks. 3 weeks!!!! I called them everyday only to hear the same story from some guy. We are super busy and we will get to you. They are the ones that told me to have it towed and we will have it diagnosed and ready within a day or 2. Well, it get worse, they not only lied to me about the diagnoses saying I needed some sort of modulator but they continued to hold my car hostage for weeks, they tried charging me storage fees and extra fees for time, time that the car just sat!!!! I finally had to pay these people 2800 dollars for no fix and an extra 120 for the tow job. When I got it to a real shop they found out it was a connector issue and had it fixed within 1 hour. This place is a SCAM shop!!! Please believe every word I am saying. Its much worse but I just do not want to get into the daily lies they gave me and me constantly chasing them for answers. Plus the smug look on their ugly faces when they were getting my hard earned money for running a scam. They have been report to the BBB and states attorney.
