I waited for my vehicle and expected it would take about 45 minutes based upon what I was told when I made the appointment. It took 2 hours. Had I known that, I would have asked for a ride to my house and waited there.\r\n\r\nI was confused by the information I received in an email listing items that needed attention. I don’t understand why you offered to change my cabin filter, but didn’t offer to change the air filter.\r\n\r\nI will probably use Fleet again, but this wasn’t a great experience.

We always love the work James and his team do for us. From oil changes to taking care of our 4-wheelers, tractor, and our service truck, never once have we been disappointed.

Service was quick, thorough and labor prices were fair, however, They “up charge” the price of the parts considerably which I feel is like double charging. Overall, It was a good experience.
