I’d rate a 0 or negative if possible. I am from out of state and broke down. I used Frost Transmissions BECAUSE of their high ratings. 2 months later, my car was given back to me after engine repair. The cracked my windshield, broke my exhaust manifold (admittedly) and have never bothered to repair the damage they did. The owner, Mike Morgan is useless also. Stay away from Eric, Mike and this business. Run to another shop!
