Gary has serviced my 1989 Civic DX since 2009; because he’s competent and extremely fair. Gary has resolved every issue I’ve brought to him. \r\n\r\nMy car would be in the junkyard without him. He had to return two brand new distributors that would not work. He found an older one in his collection of parts and made it work.\r\n\r\nIf you have a Honda or Toyota, I recommend Gary.

Gary has provided myself, my friends and family over-the-top service for over fourteen years. Discovered him through a friend who always drove Hondas. I took my Toyota in for a persistant problem (brake calipers sticking) that the in town Toyota dealer didn’t fix the last two times I was there in a ten day period. Gary not only fixed the brakes but also changed the oil, lubed the grease points, fixed the passenger door handle, reattached the speed/odometer cable, and fixed a break light all for less than any of my previous visits to the local Toyota shop. And all repairs were final (i.e. the repaired parts didn’t go bad ever for the next twelve years). Since then I’ve continued to receive the same quality and professional service. Everyone I’ve referenced over to Gary’s has too. If you’re in the Michiana area and drive a Honda or Toyota (I can’t say this enough), Gary should be your mechanic for all the good reasons. He never takes a shor cut on repairs. He’ll explain thoroughly his diagnosis of the car’s problems. He’ll recommend repair options. Most important (to me), he is honest. He’ll leave you with a felling of confidence that your money is well spent because you know the car is fixed. No sudden other problems springing up just after a visit. Just a great mechanic. The only other thing I could ask from him would be that he worked on Buicks out of his shop too.
