Nemr Mohammed Barakat (Tiger) he will take your hard earned money up front and does not do the work. He is a liar and con. This has been my experience. Before thinking about doing business with him call the Waterford Police Dept. and ask them how many times they have had to respond to his business in Waterford due to customer complaints.

I took my 645 I BMW to Tiger at GMW in August with an electrical problem tripping bogus codes and affecting its ability to be driven. After 3 months of excuses and $3500 in costs. Tiger said he replaced computer and wiring harness and when driven home it broke down with same problem as it had three months earlier when I dropped off at his shop. The car was never fixed. Tiger stopped returning calls and abandoned the project. The car then had to be dragged to a Erhard BMW where it was diagnosed with a battery and alternator problem. The car was fixed at dealer ship in a couple weeks. If you want to take your car there I would limit it to tires and oil changes!!!

I recently had my BMW 2000 3 series car in for an oil change and asked Tiger to look the car over for other needs (I knew it needed tires and a front end alignment). I found his recommendation to be honest and his prices very fair. Tiger brought me back to show me exactly what the problem with the tires was and did not try to sell me on anything else. He certainly could have since I know nothing about cars. He looked at the suspension and said that was good but could have told me differently if he was trying to get money. Now that I have been driving the car – it has made all the difference in the world and he even called a few days later to check on the repair and service. I would recommend him any time.
