Small town garage with a big heart. My visit was prompt and professional. The staff was genially warm and friendly. I watched as the owner helped an elderly woman out of her car and to the waiting room which really stole my heart. My oil change was preformed within 20 minutes for the same amount I’d pay at Walmart but with by far more customer service. Gowan’s delivers many of the same basic services and repairs you’d get at a quick lube and dealership but with less hassle, less cost and a whole heck of a lot more love. Most shocking is their honesty. I’m done with big dealerships. Gowan’s has won my trust and patronage! I have a background in the auto industry and I have to say it’s hard to find a shop like this.
