What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed’s care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. Have had two different cars in Henderson’s for brakes, over a period of 4 years or so. Primarily work has been done on weekends. One car twice over a four year period and once with my wife’s car. First time in I received a call because I needed my rotors replaced. Next time my wife’s car goes in same issue and recommendation. When I ask why rotors I’m told rotors are being made cheaper from the factory so they usually are replaced when pads are replaced. My car goes back in for a brake pads after about two years and my rotors were automatically replaces and I was charged. I have been talking to multiple people, mechanics and others, and none of them have heard about any new thing about not being able to grind at least a small amount of rotor, rather than replacement every time. Sadly I no longer send my cars to be serviced there.
