No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann’s made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car’s AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I’ve looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. Hopefully I don’t have another car problem anytime soon, but when I do, I’m definitely coming back to Hermann’s!\r\n\r\n-Marina Howell

Paid 1/3rd of what the dealer wanted for the same repair. They did a great job and I will definitely be back for any service needed.

Had a complete engine failure so needed a new engine. Victor gave me two options with approximately a $2000 difference in price. Told him my driving habits and asked what he would do if it was his car. Without hesitating he said he would recommend the cheaper one. That meant a huge deal since I don’t think a lot of mechanics would do that. They were extremely helpful to the point where when it took a little longer than anticipated, they provided me with one of their personal cars to use until mine was ready. I will tell everyone I know to go see Victor.
